Mohammed Shrine Directory

The Program:

 

  1. Members are photographed and have the opportunity to purchase portraits and a Shrine Directory
  2. Directories consist of a cover, history/activity pages/member pages and ad pages (optional) – roster pages in place of ad pages are allowed
  3. Summerfield Studio staff sells the portraits and the Shrine Directory to members photographed. The Shrine can sell additional books to anyone who wishes to participate.
  4. Pictures (for the member section) can be submitted for $7 – this fee is only if the member is unable to come in to be photographed
  5. Shrine Directories consist of the pictures of members plus 18 pages for activities and history
  6. Your Shrine can have up to 10 black and white ad pages in the back at no cost (no cost if submitted camera ready, if we have to design there will be a layout cost)

 

The Process:

 

1.Dates starting March 13th on are set at Temple and other locations/Clubs if needed (we want to make sure to have 25 signed up per day so we want to limit locations)

 

2. Book style is chosen

·        Color Hardback $37

·        Color Softback $26

·        Black and White Hardback $26

·        Black and White Softback $20

 

 

  1. The Shrine provides a list of their member’s addresses and phone numbers. In compliance with Imperial Law 335.6, we promise to never divulge the list of Nobility to anyone, for any reason, other than necessary to complete your yearbook.

 

  1. Summerfield mails out cards to members and the Shrine promotes the program at all meetings and through their newsletters/magazines.

  1. Summerfield calls and schedules members. A toll free number is also provided to allow people to call in and set appts.

 

  1. Summerfield photography team goes to Temple and other locations as needed to perform photography. The Shrine provides a person or persons to greet members and help them sign in.

 

  1. Books and portraits are sold. Payments for books are taken separately and the monies/orders are collected by the photography team.

 

  1. Design materials are shipped to the Shrine

 

  1. Initial design is submitted to Summerfield by the Shrine

 

  1. Within 5 weeks a proof is sent to the Shrine

 

  1. Once approved proof is received books will be shipped in approximately 4 weeks (softcover) or 8 weeks (hardcover).

 

 

 

 

 

Dates of photography will be determined based on the number of members and their geographic locations. Summerfield works directly with the Temple and the Clubs to set specific dates and times for photography.
